Dominic Sessa was endearing, quirky, punchable and at times charming as Antony Bourdain. I have not read Kitchen Confidential. But, if someone told me he matches young Anthony’s characterization in his book, exactly, I would believe them. However, Antonio Banderas as “Chef”  was the most outstanding of the performances in the film.…
